   • Patient Care Review: Our patient care coordinator (PCC) promptly reviews the submitted information.
   • Appointment Scheduling: The PCC contacts the patient to schedule an appointment.
   • MD Consultation: The MD sees the patient and evaluates their needs.
   • Referral Process: The MD faxes the referral to the designated fax number at Newlife.
